My 5th Cooking Lesson

Today's a Monday - Monday Blues. Not much chance to write my blog, been slacking recently, time to catch up on alot of things. Let's review my Cooking lessons.

1. Fried Rice (Normal)
2. Fried Bee Hoon
3. Salty Fried Rice
4. Salty Fish with Bean Sprout.
5. Fried Pig's Kidney
Salty Fish with Bean Sprout
Frying Fish Head for Claypot Fish head.
Light Fried Prawns with Tabasco Sauce.

=> Preparations:
Fry fish head (coated with potatoe powder), pig's kidney, prawns(half cooked) & salty fish. Change Oil!

+ Fried Pig's Kidney.
Little oil, garlic, spring onion, tomato!
Fry kidney first, add light soya sauce, add oyster sauce, add little dark soya sauce, add little sesame oil. Add tomato & spring onion last. Serve hot.

+ Salty Fish with Bean Sprout.
Little oil, bean sprouts, spring onion, salty fish.
Little oil with garlic, pour in bean sprouts and stir-fry. Add light soya sauce, oyster sauce. Fry for bout 5 mins. Serve Hot!

+ Light Fried Prawns with Tabasco Sauce
Little oil, garlic, pour in prawns. Keep stirring, add light soya sauce, add sesame oil, oyster sauce, tabasco sauce. Stir-fry until almost dried... add spring onion oil.

That's my very simplified cooking lesson for today!
